Definitions
“Conditions” mean these Terms and Conditions.
“We”, “Us” means OS2 Systems, 14 Gedling Grove, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 7ES.
“Customer” means the person/s or company, whose order for a product or service is accepted by OS2 Systems.
“Services” means any services supplied or to be supplied by OS2 Systems to the customer.
“Supplies” means any goods or services supplied or to be supplied by OS2 Systems to the customer.
“Website” means http://www.os2-systems.co.uk.

Prices
Prices for all products and services are in £ (GBP), the price you see is the price that you will pay, exclusive of any Delivery charge, Unless otherwise stated in the item description.
OS2 Systems will try and keep all prices up to date, but due to certain items frequently changing prices, We reserve the right to change prices, without notice at any time. Errors and omissions excepted.

Payment
Payment for any supplies must be made with cleared funds, before any supplies will be despatched.
This is not the case for local collection and delivery, local services supplied or to be supplied.

Distance Selling Act
If you purchase any item via the website (http://www.os2-systems.co.uk), you are covered by the Distance Selling Act (http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm).

Returns
For information on returning a faulty or unwanted item, please e-mail; returns@os2-systems.co.uk
You will be issued with an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number, you must obtain one of these before you return any item to us.

Any item which is returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned.

Returning Software
Any software, games, dvd’s, etc., must be returned unopened, and sealed. If this is not the case the item will be rejected, and sent back.

We accept all major debit/credit cards via paypal.
