We aim to answer all queries within 24-48 hours on a weekday, and 48-72 hours on a weekend.
Returns
For information on returning a faulty or unwanted item, please e-mail; returns@os2-systems.co.uk
You will be issued with an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number, you
must obtain one of these before you return any item to us.
Any item which is returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned.
Returning Software
Any software, games, dvd’s, etc., must be returned unopened, and sealed.
If this is not the case the item will be rejected, and sent back.
We accept all major debit/credit cards via paypal.
