Can I cancel an Order?
Yes you can cancel an order, but you must notify us immediately. If the goods have already left then you will have to pay the return postage fee, etc.
We will only refund the item/s when they have been recieved back and inspected, and not before.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on Weight, Size, and which particular Service You require. If the item is under £30, and relatively small in size then depending on its weight it would be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, If it was heavier then We would use Royal Mail Special Delivery. The costs vary from as little as £0.93, to £10.20 depending on service and weight, etc.
If its a system or an heavy item, We will use a Courier Service such as Initial City Link, DHL, or ANC. Maximum cost within Mainland UK is £25.00, Cost for full systems are usually lower than this, this is just a guide.

Can I return an item?
Depending on how long you have had the item, and also it must be in resalable condition, with all packaging, etc., as you received the item. Please be aware that you have 7 days to trial the product, to see if its exactly what you are after and suitable for your needs, etc. This is not the case with DVD's, Software, Games, Media, etc. These can only be returned if the seal on the packaging is Not broken. Before returning any item You MUST get an RMA number from us first, Never return any item without an RMA number.

How long is delivery?
Delivery at present is around 2-3 days on all Internet orders, unless stated otherwise. This will become Next Day Delivery on all Internet orders, as soon as we get our Logistics system into place.

What guarantee comes with my product/s?
All of our product/s come with a 1 year Return to Base (RTB) guarantee, unless otherwise stated. All items are brand new, unless otherwise stated.

Can I collect my purchase?
Yes, We always welcome collections but You must contact us beforehand to let Us know, and arrange a time, etc. Payment on collection must either be cash or a cheque backed up with a cheque guarantee card for the full amount. Otherwise We will not be able to release the goods.

I purchased an item, but I think something is wrong with it, would should I do?
Firstly you should make sure that you have read the manual and followed the instructions carefully. If you have done that and it still seems to be a problem, you should then contact Support via the Website. They will then try to resolve the problem, if that fails then they will issue you with a Returns (RMA) Number, and instructions on how to return the item for testing, etc., You must under no circumstances return any item/s without first obtaining an RMA Number, Otherwise the item will be rejected and sent back.

I want to place an order, but I dont have a Credit/Debit Card?
Yes you can still place an order even if you dont have a Credit/Debit Card, We accept Cheques, Postal Orders, Registered Cash, and Direct Bank Transfers. You should either contact us via e-mail; sales@os2-systems.co.uk, or print off the Order Form, and mail it to us with your payment, etc.

I sent back a faulty item, How can I find out its status?
If you have sent back a faulty item/s, it usually takes between 7-10 days turnaround. As soon as We receive the item/s back, We will send you an email to inform you that the item/s have been received. Then when the item is tested and confirmed faulty, etc., We will email you and let you know the outcome.

I bought an item, but its gone faulty, What are my options?
If you have purchased an item and it has gone faulty, depending on the time frame you will be offered the following;

30 days or less from purchase date - Refund, Repair, Replacement.
Over 30 days - Repair, Replacement.
Over 6 months - Repair, Replacement, if the model which was originally ordered is no longer available, etc.
You will get a replacement with an equivalent model of our choice.
