Recorded Delivery
All items under the value of £30.00 are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Most items sent via First Class Recorded Delivery are delivered by the next working day, or within three working days if its Second Class Recorded Delivery.

Recorded items are covered for up to £30 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or damage.

You can use Track & Trace on all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Items, for confirmation of delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
All items over the value of £30.00, are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day, before 1PM, or Your money back.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays.

Royal Mail will refund your money if they are unable to deliver before 1pm the next working day. This guarantee does not apply if they are unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a "We're holding an item of mail for you" card.

All Royal Mail Special Delivery items are automatically covered with £500 compensation against loss or damage.
For a small amount you can increase the level of compensation to £1,000 or £2,500 and as an added extra you can purchase consequential loss up to £10,000.

Overseas Delivery
Overseas Items are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, Airsure® is the safest, fastest and most reliable service to use. Airsure provides priority handling both at home and overseas, with quick despatch on the next available flight to its destination, and electronic tracking of delivery.

Compensation cover up to £30, with additional cover available for £1.50 extra
Royal Mail are able to deliver to the following countries via Royal Mail Airsure; Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

Overseas Delivery to Countries Not Listed
Items being sent to overseas countries that are not listed, will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For®.

International Signed For costs just £3.30 per item on top of your normal postage. This price includes up to £30 compensation in the unlikely event that your mail is lost or damaged en route. If you're sending valuable items and need more cover, extra compensation can offer added peace of mind.

For just £1.50, you can get further compensation of up to £500 (depending on which country you're sending it to) in the unlikely event that your mail is lost or damaged en route.

OS2 Systems, does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
